Authorization to Return and to Receive Credit

Sexy Shoe Place will accept return of merchandise only if in new, saleable condition. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt and returned merchandise must be sent back to us and postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date. We will issue a credit to your account or credit card in US dollars after the merchandise has been received by us.  Returns for reasons other than damaged or incorrect merchandise is subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee. No credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering or excessive wear. Sexy Shoe Place reserves the right for the final judgment in this regard.  Returns must be enclosed in a larger box or wrapped in brown paper. Original shoe box must not be taped or have writing or labels of any kind on it. Shoes must be wrapped in original packaging material. A $5 fee will be charged if these directions are not adhered to.

Return shipping, and original shipping charge shall be the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise listed as "non-refundable" or "All Sales Final" in it's description will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Sexy Shoe Place will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt and returned merchandise must be postmarked and sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a UPS return label so that you may return your item without having to pay for the shipping fees. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Shipping of the replacement item to the customer will be paid by Sexy Shoe Place.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made if the item received was damaged or incorrect merchandise was sent. We will issue a UPS return label so that you may return your item without having to pay for the shipping fees. We will ship a replacement item at no additional charge if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will issue a full refund. Exchanges can only be made if the item received was damaged or incorrect merchandise was sent , otherwise, you will need to return your merchandise as referenced in our return policy, and place another order with us for the item you would like.

TO BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS, please send an email including your order number and a description of the situation to orders@qualityorder.com. Returns shipped back prior to receiving return authorization from us will not be accepted and the refund will not be given.  Please allow 1 business day for us to respond to return inquiries.
